A Welcoming Mind Project
After many years of reflection I have created a retreat with a specific goal: to explore the development of "a welcoming mind". What are we welcoming? First of all, the richness of accumulated experience. A Welcoming Mind Project is a chance to learn from experience. It is a group process that can unfold in a compact way over a weekend or in an extended way over a series of weeks. The experience is organized around a format that explores moments that count. The purpose of this reflective process is twofold: to get in touch with your own deepest values and to learn from each other as a group. Together we can harvest collective experience with a goal of deepening the capacity to welcome whatever the moment calls forth.
The optimal size for a group like this is seven to twelve people.
